  • Understanding of CEX trading infrastructure (order books, APIs, latency)

  • Deep expertise in DeFi protocols (AMMs, L&B, flash-loans)

  • Good to have: experience with MEV and arbitrage (DEX-to-DEX, DEX-to-CEX, cross chain)
  • 3-5+ years of experience in DeFi

  • Proficiency in Rust programming language

  • Experience with EVM/Smart Contract development (Solidity)

  • Deep knowledge of blockchain tech and understanding of ecosystem

  • Experience with private RPC endpoints and optimization for low latency system

  • Knowledge of RFQ systems and/or HFT infrastructure
  • Intent-based R&D
  • Integration of DeFi protocols and PMM
